Description:

The course is the first of three stages of the LLM Employment Law in Practice. On completion, you’ll be ready to apply for the postgraduate diploma (PGDip) and then, once you have the diploma, for the LLM. For the PGCert you’ll study three modules that have been developed in consultation with HR professionals and solicitors. Topics include employment relationships and how to terminate them as well as legal research and study skills at postgraduate level.
