This course is primarily aimed at international students looking to progress into a career in training, human resource development and administration in a wide range of international organisations in the education, voluntary or commercial sectors.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence essential for responding to change in different global educational and training environments. We’ll support you to explore theories underpinning specific international contexts, analyse human resource needs and develop training initiatives to meet those needs.
