Description:

Get your UBC degree in ecology and evolutionary biology (EEBI), a College of Applied Biology accredited program, and interdisciplinary field that draws on biological, earth, and environmental sciences, among others. The study of ecology concerns itself with how organisms interact with each other and their natural world, while evolutionary biology focuses on the origin and maintenance of biodiversity. Both disciplines span the spectrum of biological organization, from molecules and cells to communities and ecosystems.

Fourth-year standing and a minimum overall grade average of 75% are required.

You must be a third-year student enrolled in full-time studies with a cumulative academic average of 70 per cent in order to qualify for co-op.
