All of our graduate programs in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering are offered through the Ottawa-Carleton Institute for Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering which combines the research strengths and resources of Carleton University and the University of Ottawa. At the master’s level, we offer the following degrees: Master of Engineering (Aerospace), Master of Engineering (Materials), Master of Engineering (Mechanical), Master of Applied Science (Aerospace), Master of Applied Science (Materials) and a Master of Applied Science (Mechanical).
