Depending upon the choice of courses, the Human Nutrition program prepares graduates for careers in areas such as dietetics, education, health promotion, food service management, and research and development in food and nutrition. Graduates may also pursue advanced study in human nutrition, food science, health promotion, adult education, business administration, medicine and other health science professions.
