|Description:||Human Resources is about managing the personnel of an organization. Students pursuing a concentration in Human Resources will develop an understanding of how to develop and implement recruitment programs, training plans and compensation and benefit packages. As well, students will learn to take the lead in effective employee relations programs and to apply changing government regulations to organizational planning.

- Grade12 English
- Grade12 Pure Mathematics or Grade12 Applied Mathematics
Applicants are required to have English Language Arts 30-1 — minimum grade 60%, and Mathematics 30 - 1 or 30 - 2 — minimum grade 60%.
- Canadian Academic English Language Assessment [min. 70] or Michigan English Language Assessment Battery [min. 85] or International English Language Testing System (academic or immigration) [min. 6.5] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Internet Based) [min. 83]
All applicants must demonstrate English Language Proficiency if their primary or first language (meaning the main language learned and used as a child) is not English.
