Love problem-solving? In Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU)'s Industrial Engineering degree program, you'll learn how to use creativity and modeling to help organizations make smarter and safer decisions. In your first year, you'll start with engineering fundamentals, like calculus, physics and engineering economics. As you progress, you'll study advanced topics, such as management sciences, operations research, data science and facilities design. In your fourth year, you'll address a real-world challenge through a team capstone design project and present your solution to industry experts. You can put your theories to the test in our renowned labs, including the Data Science Lab, the Human Factors Engineering Lab, and the Robotics, Mechatronics and Automation Laboratory. You'll also have opportunities to gain industry experience through optional paid co-op, student teams, research assistantships and more. |

- Calculus and Vectors (MCV4U)
- Physics (SPH4U)
- Chemistry (SCH4U)
Applicants not educated in Ontario must submit evidence of education equivalent to the OSSD with six Grade 12 U or M courses.
