Program Information

School:Redeemer University College
Degree:Bachelor; Co-op; Honours
Field of Study:Marketing/Marketing Management, General
Description:Marketing is central to any business and an integral part of everyone’s life. We all market our ideas, skills, and experience whatever our calling. The challenge for a marketer is to understand and satisfy the needs of your customers better than your competitors, develop and execute a clear and compelling marketing strategy, all in a God-honouring way. This is a unique challenge for marketers in a culture where the workforce can be primarily profit-oriented, using methods that peddle self-indulgence. Your studies will push you to think deeply about the ethics behind these relationships and will include assignments in market research, brand management, pricing, communications (advertising, sales promotion and public relations), e-marketing and retail channel management.
