Description:

This course will focus on preparing expert natural gas and propane technicians. Considering the fact that over two million homes and industries in Ontario use natural gas and propane for multiple purposes, it will be realistic to claim that there is a good forecast for technicians with a positive growth potential in upcoming years. Upon completion of the course and gaining enough experience, individuals can find opportunities to work on gas-fired equipment in residential, commercial or industrial environments. They also must be certified by the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA).

Prerequisites:

    Admission requirements: At least 18 years of age; Academic Secondary School Diploma (Complete Grade 12), or General Educational Development (GED) certificate, or equivalent, and; pass the college entrance examination.
