This innovative Culinary Management (Integrated Learning) program takes an integrated experiential approach to learning, with industry placement, in-school studies, online and self-study learning. It was created to meet the immediate industry need for highly skilled Culinary Management graduates ready to go with real-world kitchen experience and an understanding of important trends such as the use of local foods, nutrition and growing international influence.

Admission Requirements

Applicants must have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent (if applying as a mature student 19 years of age or older), with completion of Grade 12 English (C or U), and either Grade 11 Math (M or U) or Grade 12 (C or U).

Test Scores:
  • International English Language Testing System (academic or immigration) [min. 6.0] or Michigan English Language Assessment Battery [min. 550] or Canadian Academic English Language Assessment [min. 60] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Internet Based) [min. 80] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Computer Based) [min. 213]
Additional Admission Requirements:
    Applicants may also qualify for admission to this program through completion of the Hospitality Services (Pre-Hospitality) program (H101) with an overall grade point average of 3.0. There are a limited number of seats available and admission is not guaranteed.
