Delve into the concepts, processes and technologies used to create healthy communities. Students in the program will learn to use planning principles, planning law, process and documentation necessary to create active and sustainable communities.

Applicants are required to have an OSSD or equivalent (Mohawk Academic Upgrading, GED) including Grade 12 English, C or U or equivalent; and Grade 12 Mathematics C or U. Applicants are also recommended to have Grade 10, 11 or 12 Design Technology courses. This program offers a direct entry option for those with a related university degree. Application Notes : All classes in Mohawk College are provided in English. Students whose first language is not English are expected to prove their proficiency with one of the following: successful completion of GAS-EAP (478) Program Level 8 with 70%; TOEFL minimum score of 550 (80 Internet based); IELTS minimum score of 6.0 overall with no band less than 5.5; or an Ontario Secondary School Diploma & English Credit (Grade 12 U, M or C) issued from a public school board.
