Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU)'s celebrated Media Production degree program prepares you to create and produce content across today's dynamic media landscape. You'll learn to develop television, podcasts, radio, AR/VR, video games, transmedia and multi-camera studio productions. You'll explore core areas such as screenwriting, video game design, television and video production, and radio and sound. You'll also build expertise in the media business and audience engagement. This well-rounded foundation will give you a deep understanding of today's dynamic media landscape and prepare you to shape its future. With countless opportunities to apply what you learn through access to professional-grade equipment like the Allan Slaight Radio Institute and multiple state-of-the-art TV and broadcast studios, including the Arthur Smith Virtual Production Studio, you'll graduate with the creative and technical skills you need to share captivating stories with the world. An optional internship and RTA in LA, a course that includes 2 weeks in Los Angeles to network and learn from industry professionals, will round out your experience. |

Completion of the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), 6 Grade 12 U or M courses with a minimum overall average of 70%, and the following required Grade 12 U courses (minimum grade of 70% in each): - English/anglais (ENG4U/EAE4U preferred)
Applicants not educated in Ontario must submit evidence of education equivalent to the OSSD with six Grade 12 U or M courses.
