The doctor of medicine (MD) program is a four-year undergraduate degree program which prepares students to begin residency training. Upon successful completion of the MD program at Memorial, students are eligible to apply to post-graduate medical education programs in Canada through the Canadian Residency Matching Service (CaRMS). |

Admission requirements for the MD program include: - a bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited post-secondary institution,
- successful completion of the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT), within five years of the application deadline,
- and the Casper exam, written annually.
