The Bachelor of Science in Finance degree program offers instruction in all areas of business through courses in accounting, managerial statistics, computer information systems, economics, marketing and management. This is combined with contemporary studies in managerial finance, investments, financial institutions and international finance.
Finance degree students are prepared for careers in commercial banking, individual and institutional investments, financial services, private industry and government. UTampa's Finance sequence is also good preparation for the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designations. |
