In our intimate, inspiring environment, you'll find a sense of community with others who share a passion for the written word. A major strength of the English program at Glendon is the variety of ways you can express your vision and learn. While you focus on studying literature, you’ll have opportunities to discuss the craft with engaged professors and fellow students. For over two decades, we have hosted the prestigious Michael Ondaatje Reading Series, which welcomes poets, novelists and playwrights to speak at Glendon. Past guests have included novelists like Michael Redhill, Barbara Gowdy, and Jane Urquhart, as well as poets like Dionne Brand and Don McKay. |
