The communication sciences and disorders major will prepare you for graduate education in speech-language pathology or audiology. You?ll also be eligible for a Massachusetts license as a speech-language pathology assistant, a role in which you?ll provide treatment to individuals with communication disorders under the direct supervision of certified speech-language pathologist. |

- 4 of Grade12 English or Grade12 Mathematics or Grade12 Social Science or Grade12 International Languages or Grade12 History
Your course distribution must include the following coursework for admission:
- Four years of English
- Three years of math (at least through Algebra 2)
- Two years of history or social science
- If your intended major requires extensive science preparation, you should take at least one additional laboratory science course
- Two consecutive years of foreign language
