Taught by practising educational leaders and academics in our school, this course will help you develop your professional identity as an educator. You will establish, and then apply, a philosophical framework to your practice as you learn how to lead courageously. If you are an existing, or an aspiring ethical leader, this course will empower you to positively disrupt the education system.

Applicants should either have at least a second class honours degree in a cognate subject, at least a second class honours degree in a non-cognate subject supported by evidence of an aptitude for the subject applied for, or have equivalent experience or training, normally from within the work environment. Current experience as a leader in the wider education system needs to be evidenced at the point of application.
