Description:

This program provides students the opportunity to develop skills in the growing field of logistics and supply chain management. Students will learn about the flow and movement that organizations utilize to produce and deliver their products and services. Logistics and supply chain touches all aspects of a company’s operations—from the movement of raw materials, energy, goods, money, [people, satellites, information and an array of operational tools. Our logistics’ and supply chain management degree will prepare you for a career in the growing field of Global Trade and Logistics/Supply Chain. Our program partners with PRO-GTL to enhance education and business partnerships for optimal job opportunities.

    Students eligible for regular admission to Santa Monica College must be 18 years of age or older or must possess either: (1) a high school diploma from a U.S. regionally accredited or from a foreign high school; (2) a GED; (3) a California High School Certificate of Proficiency (CHSPE); or the equivalent (i.e., a HiSET score report; a TASC [Test Assessing Secondary Completion] score report).

    • Test of English as a Foreign Language (Paper Based) [min. 450] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Internet Based) [min. 45] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Computer Based) [min. 133] or International English Language Testing System (academic or immigration) [min. 5]

    • Sponsor's Official Bank Statement to demonstrate you can meet SMC's estimated tuition and living expenses.
    • A copy of your passport information and expiration page.
    • Records from the last school attended. If the school was a college, university, or high school within the US, official transcripts must be sent directly from the awarding institution to the International Education Center at SMC. US transcripts must show a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
