This two-year, 60-credit diploma offers training in how physical, social and psychological factors influence the health of people and their communities.

In your first year, you'll develop your foundational knowledge of the principles of kinesiology with courses in active health planning, biomechanics, leadership, sport sociology and human physiology.

You'll tackle more complex topics in year two, with training in exercise psychology, human motor skills and behaviour, mental theories in sport and exercise and health policy.
