school Education
You usually need either a bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, commerce or business administration or a college program in computer science. You usually need experience as a computer programmer. If you wish to specialize in commercial or engineering and scientific applications, you must take specific college or university courses or obtain experience in those areas. With experience, you may move up the ranks to become a supervisor or data processing manager. Most recent entrants have an undergraduate university degree, and almost 1 in 10 has a graduate degree.
