Activities

The purpose of chapel is to encounter the living God in and through community - to be attentive and responsive to the active presence of the Spirit in our lives and in our world. Chapel is held every Thursday morning from 10:00-10:50am in the chapel. Similar to Vespers, worship is expressed through a variety of forms. Each year, student-led Chapel Teams plan and lead our community a few times each semester. Vespers is a weekly worship gathering open to all students as well as people from the broader community. It is held every Tuesday evening, 9:00-10:00pm in the chapel. Vespers is primarily music-driven, although other elements of worship are also included such as scripture reading, silence, drama, dance and prayer.
