Profile

For more than 40 years, Kells Academy has helped students prepare for studies in the best universities in North America. While many of our students are Canadian, Kells welcomes students from Europe, Asia, South America, and the United States. In small classes, Kells provides a program of studies that meets with the needs of both local and international students. Students are given assistance through the guidance department with entrance to colleges and universities. Students are prepared for studies in Health Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce, and Humanities. As well as offering a wide variety of academic options, Kells provides assistance with obtaining visas, homestay or residence accommodation, and transportation from the airport.

Teachers at Kells are dedicated and experienced, and have a reputation for making students feel welcome. Contacts and friendships are made, which last well after students leave Kells.

Areas of Expertise

Kells' high success rate is attributed to small class size, individualized attention, and a supportive learning environment.

In the winter, an ice rink is made available in the park. In the Fall and Spring, our soccer teams make use of the soccer field in the park.

Students participate in various activities throughout the academic year such as ski trips, school dances and overnight trips for all students in grades 6-11 (eg. Ottawa, Quebec City, Mont Tremblant).
