Graduate students are accommodated in Leeds House, which provides single room accommodation to 395 graduate and senior undergraduate students. Graduate students occupy the top two floors in a total of 146 beds, the majority of which are contained in 2 person suites. Both floors are co-ed, and consist of almost entirely two-person single gender suites. Sixth Leeds also provides both an all-female and all-male wing. To be eligible, students must be accepted into a degree program at the graduate level and be enrolled in full-time studies. Preference is given to students who currently study at Carleton. Please note that there are no facilities on campus for coed suites or family accommodation.

Off Campus Housing

The Off-Campus Housing Office is run through the Department of Housing. It is located in 261 Stormont (the main Housing Office) during the Academic year and operates an Off-Campus Search Centre in the Residence Commons Building for the months of July and August. Staff of the Centre provide personal assistance, additional information and have extra copies of the listings of available off-campus accommodation for use at the Centre. Inquiries can be made at 613-520-5614, or stop in between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
