Requirements for Canadian Students

Undergraduate: Imperial accepts a large number of international qualifications including Canadian Provincial School Leaving Qualifications, e.g. High School Graduation Diploma/Completion Certificate, the International Baccalaureate and A-levels. For students taking a Canadian qualification we usually require final scores of 85%-90% both overall and in relevant Grade 12 subjects as required. Postgraduate: For students graduating from a Canadian university, we usually require a four year Bachelor’s with Honours degree with a minimum of 78% or a GPA of 3.1/4. For a postgraduate research course, a Master’s degree is usually required.

Procedure for Canadian Students

Undergraduate: For all full-time undergraduate courses at Imperial College London, you must make an online application via UCAS.

Postgraduate: All applications are made direct via the online application system on the Imperial website. If you are applying for a PhD degree, you are advised to contact a potential supervisor before making a formal application.
