Notes:SBC offers its courses in modules. In the traditional college semester system, students taking a full course load take five classes for the length of a full semester - September to December or January to April. However, with modular scheduling, each semester is broken up into two six-week modules and one three-week module. The benefits of modular scheduling include greater flexibility of planning, more focused concentration on fewer courses at a time, and shorter time commitments for part-time students.
