Applicants to Northumberland College must have obtained a Nova Scotia Department of Education High School Leaving Certificate (Grade 12) or its equivalent. A candidate who does not fulfill these minimum admission requirements, but is 19 years of age or older as of the first official day of classes may apply as a mature student. A copy of proof of age must be submitted with the application. Candidates who apply as mature students will be required to pass the Canadian Adult Achievement Test.

Applicants must submit a completed application form directly to the school of their choice. Applications can be made online through the ICT Schools web site at. An application fee of $75.00 plus GST / HST must accompany the application form. The total fee, including sales tax, is $85.50
