By specializing in Human Resources Management with an honours or concentration, you will learn how to attract, motivate, and retain the right people for your organization. You’ll also learn how to establish workplace ethics, codes of conduct, training programs, employee handbooks, and reward programs and how to consult with top executives about policy and planning.
