This public administration certificate provides advanced knowledge that can help propel your public-sector career forward. If you want a certificate that will give you both highly tailored practical skills and theoretical knowledge, you’ve come to the right place. Our public administration courses cover subject matter like Canadian politics and government, Indigenous politics and governance, public budget policy, and the politics of work and labour. Our public administration courses are taught by public-service practitioners with tons of experience in the public sector, so they can share their wealth of real-world public policy and administration experience with you, and prepare you for what life on the job will really be like. Collaborating with them and your fellow learners will also help you start or continue building your professional network, even before you finish your certificate and enter the job market.

Once you graduate, you’ll be able to pursue promotions and leadership roles in community-based organizations, international government organizations, interest groups, non-governmental organizations, policy units, and non-profit-sector organizations.
