So how about some face time on-campus at Alberta College of Art + Design? Faculty, staff and students would love to see you at our upcoming Open House + Portfolio Review Day

1. 1. Get Familiar: Get first-hand experience of what it’s like to attend ACAD — meet student artists, participate in fun workshops, take part in activities and take a tour around campus.
2. 2. Tour the Campus: See our state-of-the-art studio spaces, check out the superb proximity of residence halls to classrooms and studios, meet internationally renowned faculty who will become your mentors.
3. 3. Portfolio Reviews: Bring along some examples of your best, most recent work. This could include in-progress or finished pieces such as a sketchbook, prints, drawings or some digital images (we would recommend no more than 15-20 pieces). You will be able to review your portfolio with our faculty, who will sit down with you and provide some constructive feedback. It’s a great way to get some one-on-one time with them, learn how portfolios are evaluated, and get some helpful tips on how to make your portfolio even stronger.
4. 4. Show + Sale: Check out what our students have created during the school year in our Main Mall. Alberta College of Art + Design Students’ Association (ACADSA) Show + Sale is a unique public art market that invites you to view and purchase over 3,000 pieces of handmade works. The sale features work from each of ACAD's disciplines of study. Whatever your preferred medium, you'll find it here: Paintings, photographs, drawings, prints, glass, fibre, jewellery, sculpture, ceramics and more!
