Stylus College of Music & Sound Technology’s Mission is to provide Artistic, Technical, and Entrepreneurial knowledge and skills for its graduates to succeed in the music and visual media industries. Our Mission is also to stimulate students’ creativity and drive to capture new ideas, to develop, and achieve applicable results. From the creative to the technical science, our dedication to Music Production and Sound Design has led Stylus College of Music & Sound Technology to become one of Canada’s leading music education centers. Our facilities offer multiple well- equipped studios, and classroom labs, with state of the art software and hardware, which allow students the opportunity to acquire industry skills. Combined with industry professionals as instructors, and our affiliations to other industry entities and organizations, Stylus College of Music & Sound Technology offers students one of the best educational experiences in British Columbia.

Incoming Students

Stylus developed another unique program, the first of its kind in Canada, the free Introduction to Music Production program. The objective of this program is to provide a glimpse of the strengths and powerful features of the Independent Music Producer program. For more information, please see the website.

Career Planning

Students graduating from the program at the top of their class will have guaranteed positions as assistant producers and engineers at the school for a period of maximum six months, where they will gain professional experience necessary to become successful in the music industry. Internet access and access to recording and production facilities are available at the school.

Campus Tour

Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with prior appointment.
