In 1986, Chez Bernard Beauty Academy was founded by Mrs. Diana Richard, who has been working in the field of Cosmetology and Barber Styling since 1978. Being an active member of the Cosmetology Association of New Brunswick, she held several positions with the said Association. In 2004, Mrs. Richard sold the business to her instructor, Mrs. Sonia Leblanc-Silliker, who has taken on the challenge with great enthusiasm. The success of the Academy is based on the wide range of knowledge the owner and the staff of Chez Bernard Beauty Academy acquired through their years of professionalism.
