DescriptionThis interdisciplinary program focuses on social innovation education appropriate to the complex and profound nature of the challenges we face locally and globally, providing thought leadership on questions of community prosperity, sustainability, citizenship and ethics.

The Academic Plan of Mount Royal stresses the importance of experiential education in all academic curricula. Accordingly, students enrolled in the Bachelor of Business Administration program are provided with the opportunity to pursue their degree as a Co-operative education. Students who successfully complete three co-op work terms will be eligible for a notation both on their transcript and their parchment.
