Description | Gain the creative and technical skills to be a professional photographer working in a range of environments. Students learn how to shoot still and moving images across a variety of subject areas, apply creative problem-solving skills to find unique solutions and develop the communication skills necessary to cultivate professional, sustainable relationships with clients and across other creative disciplines.
The photography industry is ever-changing and this program prepares you to shoot for a variety of formats including print, video and those compatible for the web and social media platforms. A key component of the program is developing business skills. In the first year of the program, students have an opportunity to apply the entrepreneurial processes of running a photography-related enterprise that could potentially build the foundations for a real business. | | |
