DescriptionThis integrated Masters degree will appeal if you wish to develop an in-depth knowledge of nutritional science and the fundamental role of nutrition in the promotion of health and wellbeing. It brings together the disciplines of science, health, nutrition, sociology and psychology to equip you with a broad understanding of the nutritional needs of a complex, diverse and multicultural society. The aim is to prepare you, through academic study and work-related experience, for some of the challenges you may face when working in the field of nutrition-related health today, such as the promotion of sound nutrition within different settings, including the workplace and wider community. If you have a good standard of prior knowledge/experience of scientific subject matter and an interest in the application of science to nutrition, then this is the programme for you.
