DescriptionThis degree will enable you to learn about our natural world, balancing the present-day study of physical geography with the geological dimension of how the Earth has changed through time since it was formed. You will gain skills in the fundamental techniques of both physical geography and geology, with a strong emphasis on practical field and laboratory work. This is underpinned by an exploration of the geological features of phenomena such as rivers, oceans, erosion and volcanoes. You will explore them both as they are now and as they were in the geological past. In combination, these investigations will provide a unique perspective on our planet and how it changes.
