Description | Students on the BA Irish and History will receive intensive tuition in the Irish language with three hours of language instruction each week. You may also chose from a wide range of modules relating to Irish culture and society such as film-making, the short story, poetry, Gaelic identity, mythology and Scottish Gaelic. In History, there is a wide choice of modules spanning a long chronological period from Ancient History through to the Contemporary History of the late twentieth century and include modules on Irish history. | | |
