DescriptionThe MRes in clinical research is aimed at graduate healthcare professionals employed in the clinical area who wish to develop their careers in clinical research. The programme is designed specifically to address the interests and needs of those in non-medical and non-dental professions, including Nurses and Allied Health and Care professionals. There is a strong emphasis placed on the development of the necessary skills and competencies needed to be an independent researcher.

But the MRes has a stronger focus on pure research than its companion course, the MSc. The course offers three taught modules that will provide you with necessary foundations on which to develop your research skills. This all leads towards a dissertation which will develop your skill as an independent researcher.
