Choose one of three areas of emphasis: Hotel and Lodging; Restaurant and Foodservice; or Tourism Management. Apply in-class learning to real-world situations such as field trips, study abroad opportunities and alumni networking events with industry leaders. With a strong emphasis on management and core business skills you are prepared to take on a leadership role in the fast-paced industry. In the co-op option, you complete three consecutive 4-month work terms in Canada or abroad.
