Description | Are you interested in gaining a master’s qualification that will equip you for a professional career in surveying? This course includes a specialist pathway in real estate.
The first stage of this RICS accredited course will introduce you to key concepts and frameworks related to built environment disciplines. The second stage is specific to real estate and will develop your ability to value commercial property, manage property assets, analyse property market data, evaluate property proposals, ensure compliance with planning policy frameworks, and acquire sites for building. The final stage will be a master’s dissertation that investigates an aspect of how real estate professionals operate in complex and unpredictable environments. | | |
