DescriptionAre you interested in gaining a master’s qualification that will equip you for a professional career in surveying? This RICS accredited course includes a specialist pathway for becoming a quantity surveyor, also known as a construction cost consultant.

The first stage of this course will introduce you to key concepts and frameworks related to built environment disciplines. The second stage is specific to quantity surveying and will develop your knowledge of writing specifications, tendering, managing contracts and projects, procurement, construction law and dispute resolution. The final stage will be a master’s dissertation that investigates an aspect of how quantity surveyors manage the costs of construction projects while ensuring the required standards and quality.
