| Description | The General Arts & Science Certificate offers a foundational year for students preparing for future study in a wide range of fields. For students in the Health Sciences for College stream, core courses in communications, computers, and personal development are enhanced by courses in math, biology, and chemistry. Graduates of the Health Sciences for College stream are prepared for future study in college Health Sciences programs such as Paramedic, Practical Nursing, Biotechnology, Veterinary Technology, and Medical Laboratory Technology.
Students wishing to take the degree Nursing program should enrol in Pre-Health Science for BScN, offered by the School of Health Science.
