Description | Qualified college or university graduates gain direct admission into year two (semester three) of this three-year program and receive their advanced diploma in two years (four semesters plus two work terms). The Food Science Technology program integrates and applies knowledge within the disciplines of microbiology, chemistry, engineering, biology, and nutrition to preserve, process, package, and distribute foods that are healthy, affordable, desirable, and safe to eat.
