| Description | Throughout the Nutritional Science Masters degree, we aim to guide you to an in-depth understanding of the broad discipline of Nutritional Science through the study of its different aspects both at theoretical and practical levels. In particular our MSc curriculum covers foundation and advanced human nutrition, nutrient analysis, food policy, statistics and general research skills as well as applied and professional nutritional skills.
