| Description | This course prepares graduates for entry to higher degrees by research and provides them with the necessary research skills, knowledge and attitudes to achieve this goal. Students will develop an advanced level of knowledge in their chosen area of specialization and further develop their verbal and written skills for advancement to higher level studies and research.
While the course has a distinct structure, it also has the flexibility to meet the differing needs of students wishing to specialize in different areas. Students may commence studies at the beginning of the academic year or in mid-year subject to places being available. Our students select from full-time and part-time study options to fit in with work and lifestyle commitments. The honours course typically includes a substantial research project.
