Description | This new certificate program will prepare international students for entry into health professional programs in Canada. This is an 8-month program with the first semester online and the second semester on location at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Overall, the curriculum will focus on generic skills that are relevant to all health professions.
The HPEP program is designed as a transition program introducing international students to the Canadian health care system and culture of Canada. HPEP is a stand-alone program at McMaster University. International students who have already completed a Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution outside of Canada are welcome to apply.
