DescriptionMagnetic Resonance technologists operate medical diagnostic equipment that uses magnetic fields and radio waves. Combining hands-on learning and simulation, the Magnetic Resonance program gets you ready for an exciting career working alongside physicians, nurses, and other technologists. The program uses MRI simulation software, MRI extremity scanner, IV arms and other industry-standard equipment, giving students the opportunity to practice and simulate MRI scanning exams and image analysis. Students learn in a variety of settings from busy trauma centres to outpatient clinics.

In the MRI program, courses are delivered through a mixture of face-to-face classes, off-site lab sessions, clinical practicum training and online study.
