DescriptionYou’re a gasfitter. You know how to size, install, test, adjust and service natural gas and propane equipment ranging from residential furnaces to industrial boilers. You’re comfortable repairing and extending gas mains, and installing, repairing and servicing pipes and fittings between mains and buildings.

But you want to learn more, like how to repair underground gas mains and distribution pipes, or how to convert appliances to use other fuels, like propane or natural gas. Maybe you need more training installing vents and flues for gas-consuming appliances, like ranges, dryers, barbecues, etc. At NAIT, where we are the largest pipe trades training facility in Alberta, we’re here to teach you everything you need to know.
