DescriptionArchitecture is a challenging, well-rounded discipline. By studying architecture, students develop their artistic skill, knowledge of history and technology, social and cultural awareness, and critical imagination. Architectural design typically involves drawing and model-making, by hand or with a computer. At times it may also involve on-site construction with full-scale materials.

One-third of the Architecture building is devoted to studio spaces open to Architecture students twenty-four hours a day. The building also has several computer labs with a wide array of equipment, as well as a fully equipped woodworking shop, photographic facilities, and a large exhibition hall. The University Library’s Architecture collection is located nearby.
