| Description | The Information Systems Support Specialist program prepares students ready to jump start careers in the Information Technology (IT) field. They’ll learn to design, implement, manage and maintain computers and network installations in organizations of all sizes. The program takes a comprehensive approach to business and technology, covering a wide range of topics including hardware installation and configuration, basic networking, Windows operating systems, MS Office support and help desk techniques. Graduates will be prepared to write important industry certification examinations, including CompTIA A+, Net+ and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS). | | |
