Prerequisites Notes | Please refer to each course page for specific A Level and IB requirements. Students studying for Canadian High School or Secondary School Diplomas, usually completing study in the twelfth grade, will be considered for entry to our undergraduate degree programmes. Most courses will require an overall score of between 70% and 80%. For some disciplines, a slightly lower average percentage may be considered. Holders of the Diplome d'Etudes Collegiales (from Quebec) will also be considered. | | |

Description | Our BSc in Biological Sciences with Education allows you to explore biology while preparing for a rewarding career in teaching. Alongside core modules covered in the BSc Biological Sciences, you’ll undertake teaching practice modules, which will include a guaranteed school placement at the end of your first year.
You’ll receive additional teaching experience through classroom observation placements, as well as in seminars and workshops delivered by our School of Education and Lifelong Learning – one of the top teacher training institutions in England. And the exposure to education and the understanding you’ll gain will put you in a great position to progress to the UEA PGCE (Initial Teacher Training) course when you graduate. | | |
